All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number, which will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
